The Firm Grip
Scripture: Hebrews 11:6, Proverbs 3:5-6
Devotional: Faith is not the absence of uncertainty, it is the decision to put your full weight on the promises of God despite uncertainty. Leaning on your own understanding is not just ineffective; it throws you off balance entirely. When you grip the promises of God with both hands and refuse to let circumstances dictate your trust level, you position yourself to move forward in His will. My dad always said, faith is knowing that God will do the right thing. You do not need to have everything figured out. You need to have a firm grip on the One who does.
