Choose Triumph

Understanding the difference between temptation and testing is crucial for spiritual success. In today's scripture you learn that God never tempts you, He tests you to strengthen you. The enemy offers temptations that lead to death, destruction, and loss because he only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. But testing builds faith, increases capacity, and leads to life more abundant. When trials come, ask yourself, does this lead to life or death? Temptation reveals weakness and sets traps where testing reveals strength and brings blessing. You'll either trip into temptation or learn to turn from it. God always provides an exit ramp from temptation. The question is, will you take it? With testing, you'll either turn away or triumph at it's completion. God will grab your hand and will walk with you through it. Your daily choices determine whether you trip or you triumph!

Reflection: Can you muster the courage to turn from temptations today? In the same matter, can you muster the courage to push through the testing to victory?
