Supported and Strengthened
Reading: Isaiah 40:28-31
Devotional:
God doesn't just restore what was broken; He supports you while you regain strength. Like a recovery process after intense exercise, He stands beside you as you rebuild. The Lord who never grows weary promises to renew your strength. Your legs may feel like noodles from the journey, but He's breathing life back into your lungs. In this season, He's not asking you to run yet, He's asking you to rest in His support while He strengthens you. The same suffering that knocked you down before won't affect you the same way again because you're being established on a firmer, wider foundation. Trust the process. He's with you, supporting every step.
Reflection: Where do you need God's support today? Can you rest in His presence while He strengthens you?
