Reading: 2 Timothy 4:1-8
Devotional: Paul faced death with confidence: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have remained faithful." His secret? He poured himself out as a drink offering, holding nothing back from God or others. The crown of righteousness awaits those who eagerly love Christ's appearing, not just waiting to be rescued, but actively prepare through faithful service. This crown combines two realities: being made good through Christ (relationship engaged) and being faithful to serve others (relationship expressed). You cannot have one without the other. As you stand before the Judge one day, the verdict won't be based on your religious resume but on how well you loved Him by loving others.
Reflection: Today, ask yourself: Am I enduring faithfully? Am I serving sacrificially? Am I living as a poured-out offering for His glory?
